Standard Warranty Coverage
Frame & Fork Warranty:
All bicycle frames and forks are protected by a comprehensive lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and material failures. This coverage extends to the original purchaser and includes structural integrity issues that arise under normal riding conditions.
Components & Accessories Warranty:
All non-consumable components, including drivetrain systems, brake assemblies, wheelsets, and suspension systems, carry a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Electronic components including motors, batteries, and control systems are covered for two years with comprehensive failure protection.
Apparel & Gear Warranty:
Cycling apparel, helmets, and accessories are protected by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes seam failures, material delamination, and functional component failures under normal use conditions.

International customers receive the same level of protection and service as domestic customers, with no additional fees or complex procedures. We handle all logistics, shipping costs, and customs documentation for warranty repairs and replacements.
Warranty Claim Process
